Job Description :
- Consistently manage recruiting talented resources and the onboarding process.
- Counseling and coaching all employees.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting KPI cascading and performance reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) / master’s degree (S2) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
- Experience in Human Resources Development or a related field for more than 7 years.
- Experience in recruitment, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and knowledge of relevant labor laws.
- Having great communication skills, ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Certified by BNSP for HR Manager is a plus.
- Domiciled in Tangerang.
