Job Description :

Consistently manage recruiting talented resources and the onboarding process.
Counseling and coaching all employees.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Conducting KPI cascading and performance reviews.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) / master’s degree (S2) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
Experience in Human Resources Development or a related field for more than 7 years.
Experience in recruitment, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and knowledge of relevant labor laws.
Having great communication skills, ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Certified by BNSP for HR Manager is a plus.
Domiciled in Tangerang.
