Job Description :

  • Consistently manage recruiting talented resources and the onboarding process.
  • Counseling and coaching all employees.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Conducting KPI cascading and performance reviews.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) / master’s degree (S2) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience in Human Resources Development or a related field for more than 7 years.
  • Experience in recruitment, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and knowledge of relevant labor laws.
  • Having great communication skills, ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Certified by BNSP for HR Manager is a plus.
  • Domiciled in Tangerang.
