Our client is a Chinese Trading industry, focusing on supply chains. The most suitable candidate must possess these requirements:

Must possess a bachelor’s degree in any related major.
Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in doing business development.
Background in the steel industry would be preferred.
Excellent communication in English both verbal and written. Mandarin would be a plus.
Willing to work on-site 5 days per week in the South Jakarta area.
Have a growth mindset and be willing to learn.

Job Description:

Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth and expansion. This includes analyzing industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
Generate leads and identify potential clients or partners through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders. This involves regular communication and providing excellent customer service.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to update them on the progress of business development initiatives, revenue targets, and market trends.
