PT Sant Group Indonesia (Crusita Perfume) requires a Supervisor Live Streaming with the following criteria:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for store operation and management of Market Place Live Streaming (especially Tiktok).
Manage and monitor daily content and live stream.
Create marketing strategy, sales report, and data analysis of Marketplace Live Streaming
Coordinate with Host, Creator, and another marketing team for better results.
Creating, testing, and iterating targeted segmented adverts as well as managing the day-to-day social media implementation, especially Tiktok.
Managing promotional activities: live-stream, ads & video seeding
Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research, and anticipate changes in customer demand patterns.
Create & ensure sales plan & strategy (Daily, monthly, yearly, & seasonal)
Monitoring and analyzing Live Streaming metrics and figures.
Brainstorming ideas to enhance and transform the TikTok Shop.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor`s degree from any reputable university
Able to speak English will be an advantage
Minimum 2+ Years of working experience handling Live Streaming (all platforms, especially Tiktok Live).
Strong understanding of TikTok and their algorithms and also other platforms like Shopee and Lazada
Experience in building, managing, and influencing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Works comfortably using data to generate insights and solve complex problems.
Eager to learn, initiative taker and problem-solver.
Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers.
