Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Utara Posisi Operation Manager di PT Cipta Kreasisandang Mandiri (OSELLA)

Main Responsibilities :

Develop, communicate and execute the effective strategy of fashion retail business including the product distribution and availability in all store across Indonesia.
Ensure the team productivity by guiding, coaching, developing and driving all Store Team across Indonesia to achieve sales targets and the existing KPI.
Build and maintain good relationship and cooperation with related Department Stores in which OSELLA store operations are running within.
Performs co-operation and negotiating with every related Department Store across Indonesia for every seasonal or annual promotion campaigns.
Periodically reporting Sales Target vs Achievements, Manpower Headcounts, and any Operational Costs, to the top management and also every related division.

Requirements :

Held Bachelor’s Degree from any major / any discipline.
Experienced as Area Manager in Fashion Retail industry, or relevant retail business (e.g Apparel, Clothing) for no less 5 years in managerial level.
Provides any input to the Brand Manager in order to create appropriate and relevant advertising, marketing or promotional programs to achieve monthly and annual sales target that have been set by management.
Possess excellent leadership skill, problem solving skill and team building to motivate all Store Crew members to achieve monthly sales target.
Candidate should be willing to travel for any business trips in order to maintain all operational activities in every OSELLA counter within Department Store across indonesia.
Candidate should be willing to work in Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
