Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at WonderMind, you will play a crucial role in translating our vision and ideas into visually stunning and effective design materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create captivating graphics that engage our audience and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project goals and objectives, ensuring that design solutions align with the overall strategy.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines and standards to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials.
• Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates to maintain proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Deadline Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within established timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Has good English communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the Education Industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and organization skills to meet project deadlines.
