Lowongan Kerja Bogor Posisi Sales Manager di Alfa Valves Pte Ltd

Job description

• Plan, develop and evaluate sales strategies for Valve Business (all market area) by increasing market share and growth.

• Develop and plan business development strategies, market research on key competitors and identify USP.

• Negotiates and close sales with new customers, reviewing on the terms and conditions, specifications with the end customers/EPC.

• Achieve KPI Sales target set by the Management.

• Establish good relationships with the sales team and other inter-departments and external customers.

• Providing training and product support and material for other sales team members

• Identifying risk, opportunities, and strategy within the current local or global situation that can impact the business.

• Plan, Develop and evaluate sales programs, sales presentation based on market survey results on customer needs.

• Plan, Develop and evaluate sales order request based on targets and realization to ensure order fulfilment and product availability.

• Hunt new account customers and diversify products in existing accounts and projects.

• Support planning and budget processes

• Maintain and establish good relationships with existing and new customers.

• Coordinate and perform scheduled visits/meetings with existing and new customers to established and strengthen relationships, secure new projects.

• Ensure regular updates on Sales reporting and Sales KPI targets to the Management.

• Other ad hoc request by the management

Qualifications/requirements

• Preferably degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or equivalent degree/field experienced

• Preferably experienced in Oil & Gas Engineering sector in Indonesia (MIGAS)

• At least 10 years of sales engineering experience in Valves and Actuators

• Must have strong relationships with valve customers as well.

• Excellent communication skills and a motivated team player with clear leadership and strategic planning skills

• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Software and ERP Systems preferred.

• Possessed own transport and driving license.

• Candidate should be open to travel within Indonesia 60% of the time.
