RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful applicant will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

Take responsibility for the tech development of the product.
Work closely with the founders to define and build the core product.
This is a high growth role with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.
Participate in the organization/ planning of development resources and schedules.
Organize and facilities stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other related meetings with stakeholders.
Appetite for learning new things and improving existing ones, and cultivating that same appetite in the development team.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:

Have minimum 9 years of total experience as Java Developer.
Have minimum 5 year of experience in Banking
Willing to work on-site from JAKARTA, Pancoran.
Great communication skills and teamwork.
Programming language excellence in JavaNative and Java Sping boot.
Previous experience in startups and/or banking (Fintech) is highly preferred.
Proficiency in REST API and Eclipse.
Studying websites and apps for network traffic analysis between application and 3rd party network endpoints.
Inferring behaviors and building proofs of concept to replicate application behavior in other environments.
Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g. well designed APIs, high-volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms).
Knowledge about backend build and deployment.
Familiar with unit/ function/ integration tests.
Interest in APIs is a plus.
