engagement. - Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Develop and manage activation budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial
targets. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing
initiatives. - Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Track expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations to measure effectiveness and ROI.
