Requirements:

  • Maximum 29 Years Old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Min 5 years of experience in marketing activation / sales promotion, experience within the FMCG sector would be an advantage.
  • Skills:

  • Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to drive consumer

  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Develop and manage activation budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial
    targets.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing
    initiatives.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Track expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance.
  • Conduct post-campaign evaluations to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for
    marketing activation.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through targeted promotions and
    activities.
