Jakarta Premium Outlets® Kota Tangerang is a premium shopping mall that aims for world-class shopping destination. We are currently recruiting employees for the operational and management team at Alam Sutera Tangerang Indonesia.

Position: Assistant Project Development (Staff Level)

Basic Job Function:

1. Assist the Project Executive in managing project administrative activities and fit-out.
2. Ensure that all fit out activities are in accordance with raw materials, schedules, and designs.
3. Ensure all conditions of the fit-out unit, order, cleanliness, environmental security, neatness, and beauty of the unit environment are in a condition ready for handover.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assisting Project Executives in project and fit out work.
2. Performing administrative activities related to fit out work.
3. Preparing documents needed for Project and Fit Out needs.
4. Managing the storage of documents and work agreements for third parties.
5. Supervising and coordinating Fit Out activities and ensuring Fit Out activities are in accordance with raw materials, timelines and designs.
6. Carrying out other work as directed by superiors.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in management, architecture, interior design or related major.
2. At least with 1 year minimum of experience as staff project level, preferably in mall.
3. Age between 21 – 26 years old.
4. Familiar with MS Office (AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Able to work independently and as a team.
6. Can build relationships and adaptive.
7. Excellent level of ethics and integrity
8. Willing to be work in Site Office Alam Sutera Tangerang.
9. Willing to work from Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 17.00.
