DSCO Group is an established Building Services Consulting Engineering practice focused on the delivery of mission critical projects throughout the Asia Pacific region. We are now looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as:       

BIM MODELER 

(MEP Systems) 

Job Description: 

• Understand the MEP design and prepare drawings using Autocad or Revit 
• Understand and comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project 
• Support project modelling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes 
• Creation of 3D model content and ensuring model quality control 
• Modelling using specified tools 
• Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines  
• M&E Drawing production from 3D models. 
• Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings/BIM models. 
• Familiar with local guidelines and authority submissions. 
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit, Navisworks & Excel. 
• Able to do simple MEP system design. 

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent and Revit certificate with minimum 3 years’ experience hands-on using CAD/REVIT software. 
• Experience in drafting M&E services for the Data Centre project an advantage 
• 1-year contract (Renewal)
