JOB DESK

1. Analyze and provide direction for marketing development to ensure development is in line with market needs
2.  Looking for New Customers
3. Create a Customer Improvement Report (Market Growth)
4. Evaluating Customer Satisfaction from team survey results to ensure target achievement and customer satisfaction 
5. Maintenance of existing customers
6. Handle Complaints from Customers
7.  Fulfill customer needs, including documents or detailed explanations when needed
8. Achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction targets determined by the Company
9. Follow the ideation process, determine motifs and designs, and determine production quantities;
10. Communicate with potential clients to get orders for printing/production of patterned fabric;
11. Ensure delivery orders and payments from clients before sending
