Our company is specialized in the smelting of nickel ore and stainless steel production. The production line is located in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia and is headquartered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, Jakarta.
Qualifications & experience
- Candidate must pessess at least Bacheler’s Degree (S1) in Law
- 2 or mere years of litigation and Alternative Dispute Reselutien experience in corporate setting, especially in land, industrial relations and,
- Ability to uphold Company right in relation to press laws & regulations toward Law Enfercement authenties.
- English abled, and preferably able of mandarin language.
- Must have PERADI License
Tasks & responsibilities
- Check, review provide & repert on every vender provided I egality Document from Site Department and/er Division to Department leader
- Check, review & provide legal opinien on Company official legal letters and/or documents.
- Check, review and report Company legal permit is accordance with its compliance & period of validity to Department Leader.
- Handling, review and report litigation and alternative dispute resolution. mainly on land & Industrial Relations to Department Leader.
- Liaise with local/reginal law enforcement authorithies (police. state attorneys and district courts) as well as the relevant goverment agencies at regional and provincial level in Southeast Sulawesi region in handling the legal issues.
