1. Responsible for overseeing the daily operation

2. Delivering the excellent service to ensure high level of customers satisfactions

3. Motivating the team to meet sales target objectives by coaching and mentoring

4. Creating business strategies to attract new customers

5. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations

6. Monitoring inventory levels

7. Training and overseeing new staff by sharing the knowledge

8. Monitoring staff performance by doing a review every quarter

9. Responsible for Visual Merchandising ( Display )

10. Responsible for inventory control

11. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

12. English is a must, Mandarin is a plus.
