• Bachelor of Law degree. Having a master’s degree is a plus.

• Having a PERADI license is preferable.

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of law, preferably in-house with multinational corporations and in a law firm.

• Must have experience in a real estate and/or construction industry.

• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.

• Updated on recent legal development and regulations.

• Responsible for Corporate Contract Documents

• Experience in corporate legal, legal drafting, legal review, legal permit, and compliance.

• Fluent in English.

• Well-developed communication skills (including oral, written, and interpersonal skills)
