• Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Description :

• Become Business Partner for Marketing team to solve business problem and improve business efficiency
• Control trade spend and collaborate with marketing team regarding trade promotion budgeting
• Monitoring performance of ongoing trade promotion in outlets (GT & MT)
• Leverage and Analyze Business Operation to improve cost control and efficiency
• Provide data driven based recommendation to solve business problem
• Manage general affair matters with business unit
