Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field;
At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement from the mining sector is an advantage;
Fluent in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written);
Excellent in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizing skills;
Good at negotiating and networking;
High perseverance in handling pressure at work.
Experienced in using SAP

Job Descriptions :

Sourcing new vendor and suppliers according to goods, service or material needed by user
Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments and received product
Responsible for issuing PO, follow up goods and service delivery to user and submitting payment
Making sure that all payment documents are complete according to finance SOP
Making outstanding and aging payments reports
Conducting contract administration request from vendor to internal team (Legal and F.A.T)
Responsible to any administrative work related to Purchasing Activity
