Job Responsibilities:

1. Set up and manage the telephone and network marketing team;

2. Analyze the procurement details according to the company’s abstract procurement demand direction, find potential suppliers, collect supplier information and make a list;

3. Organize the team to find the source of goods and record the information according to the supplier’s telephone communication;

4. Organize a team to find sources of goods on the Internet and social media;

5. Organize the team to routinely publish daily, weekly and monthly reports;

6. Responsible for team member attendance and performance evaluation;

Job Requirements:

1. More than 5 years working experience as a marketing manager or sales manager;

2. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing);

3. Have strong communication skills; be good at mining useful information through communication;

4. Skilled use of office software and social media;

5. Have a strong understanding ability and be good at analyzing and mining specific and useful information from scattered and abstract information;

6. Be upright and honest;

award:

The monthly salary is determined according to the working ability, more than 10 million IDR, and the year-end bonus is determined according to the company’s profitability and departmental contribution
