About the role

PT RAHAYU NING NUSA is seeking a Hostess to join our team in Nusa Penida, Bali on a contract basis. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. This role is essential to our operations, as you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with our team to ensure smooth service delivery. This position requires a welcoming presence and strong customer service skills to represent our company professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanour

• Manage guest reservations and check-in procedures accurately and efficiently

• Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience

• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously

• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organised, and welcoming

• Assist with administrative tasks related to guest management and bookings

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the establishment

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds

• Professional appearance and polished presentation

• Excellent customer service experience in a hospitality or service-oriented environment

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple guest interactions simultaneously

• Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Indonesian, Mandarin, or other regional languages are advantageous

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems or booking software

• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service

• Reliability and punctuality with the ability to work flexible hours as required

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles is preferred
