About the role

You will be responsible for video and photo editing, live streaming, and developing creative content strategies to drive engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create content for social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and marketplace

• Document installation activities for video content needs

• Edit videos and product photos to be attractive and aligned with digital trends

• Conduct live streaming on Shopee, TikTok, and Tokopedia platforms

• Develop creative content strategies to increase engagement and sales

• Manage consistent content uploads across all digital platforms

• Create and manage company website articles and content

About you

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist

• Proficient in editing applications such as CapCut and Canva

• Able to capture video with good angles and positioning

• Creative, up to date with social media trends, and understand FYP algorithms

• Understand marketplace live streaming (Shopee Live, TikTok Live, Tokopedia Live)

• Able to edit product catalog photos and design banners/promotional materials

• Understand website management and article/content uploads

• Willing to work flexibly for documentation needs outside regular hours, evening, or public holidays

• Able to collaborate with other team members
