Front Desk Officer
At Green Poya Resort, we create meaningful guest experiences inspired by nature, comfort, and genuine hospitality.
We are looking for a professional, warm, and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to be the face of our resort and deliver exceptional service from arrival to departure.
What You Will Do
– Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
– Handle check-in & check-out efficiently
– Manage guest requests and provide personalized service
– Coordinate with housekeeping and operations team
– Handle guest billing, payments, and restaurant transactions accurately
– Ensure smooth communication between front desk and restaurant operations
– Maintain accurate records using Property Management System (PMS)

What We’re Looking For
– Fluent in English (spoken & written)
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Familiar with PMS (Property Management System)
– Understanding of guest billing and payment handling
– Friendly, well-presented, and service-oriented
– Minimum 3 years experience in a 4–5 star hotel or resort
