Requirements – Architect (Villas & Commercial Spaces)

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and legally licensed/eligible to practice in Indonesia
3–5 years of professional experience in residential, hospitality, villa, or commercial projects; experience in Bali or Lombok is highly preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Strong skills in 3D visualization and rendering, preferably using D5 Render, V-Ray, or Lumion
Good understanding of Indonesian building regulations and permits, including PBG, RDTR, zoning, and related local regulations
Strong portfolio demonstrating both design work and successfully completed/built projects — not design-only portfolios
Able to develop projects from concept design through construction/detailing
Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and coordination with contractors
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams
