Mandarin Translator & Business Corporate

Job Description:
Our multinational manufacturing company is seeking a professional candidate for the position of Mandarin Translator & Business Corporate. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between the Indonesian team and management/clients from China, while also contributing to business relationship management and corporate development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Language, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken (preferably HSK Level 5 or 6).

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing company, especially those collaborating with Chinese counterparts.

• Good understanding of basic factory operations and manufacturing systems.

• Able to work in a dynamic environment, disciplined, and accustomed to working under strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate technical documents, production reports, SOPs, cooperation contracts, and other documents between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia/English.

• Act as an interpreter during management meetings, factory visits, and audits involving Chinese stakeholders.

• Accompany the business/export-import team during negotiations with suppliers or foreign partners.

• Assist in coordinating joint projects between Indonesian and Chinese companies.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on corporate activities related to Chinese partners.

• Participate in cross-border corporate administrative tasks (business licensing, export/import documentation, etc.).
