Perform detailed data entry tasks, diligently entering information from various employee records into the HR systems.
This may includes personal details, employment history, performance evaluations, training records, and benefits information.
Reviews all paperwork for completeness and accuracy before entering into system.
Follows up with respective HR teams on clarification or with any discrepancies/issues.
May support the resolution of payroll misapplied actions, working with local Human Resources Representative as necessary.
Maintains a thorough and up-to-date working knowledge of Human Resources procedures and processes.
Assists in documenting Human Resources administrative processes.
