AVP, Dispute and Consumer Litigation Management, Legal Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
– Handle and manage consumer complaints and external litigation cases involving the company.
– Provide legal advisory related to dispute prevention and resolution strategies.
– Coordinate with external counsels, legal enforcement authorities, and internal stakeholders on legal proceedings and consumer protection issues.
– Review, draft, and provide legal input on agreements, internal policies, and corporate documents as necessary.
– Monitor relevant regulations and assess their impact on the company’s activities.
– Prepare legal reports and documentation related to litigation, dispute settlements, and complaint resolutions.
– Ensure the company’s compliance with OJK, BI, and other applicable regulations related to consumer protection and legal risk.

Education and Experience Information:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Law (.), with a valid advocate license preferred.
– Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in banking or financial services sectors.
– Strong knowledge of dispute resolution mechanisms and consumer protection regulations.
– Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
– Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
– High integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):
– Proven experience in litigation and legal dispute management, including court proceedings.
– Previous role in financial institutions, preferably banks.
– Sound understanding of corporate law, including the ability to review and draft commercial agreements and other corporate documentation.
