• Analysis TAPC, E. Coli, Coliform, Salmonella, Staphylococci, enterobacteria and yeast 8 mold for finish good samples from shortening and margarine as per quality plan
• Analysis Microbiology parameter for Raw Water, Clean Water, Drinking Water for weekly basis
• Swab Test on production facilities equipment , canteen and room in monthly basis
• Swab Test for packaging materials of margarine 
• To prepare media, chemical reagent for analysis
• To check chemical stock for microbiology
• Control for cleaning water treatment.
• Control the quality for cooling tower as per schedule.
• To do the release SAP on time per shift
• Analysis for waste water treatment, daily , weekly and monthly
• Handle and follow up for prepare and sending sample to external Lab.
• To make record the of analysis result and report to superior in as per quality plan
• Inform lab supervisor about problem arising during the shift
• To assure cleanliness of microbiology laboratory
• To carry out any other order related to the job.
• To check all instrument in order to meet standard of operation
• To check solution stock
• To provide the solution to meet the required quantity
• To standardize all solution whenever required.
• To analyze incoming oil finish product / water analysis as per quality plan.
• To inspect other incoming material in order to make sure that all meet specifications as per quality plan.
• To prepare and complete report and submit to QC Supervisor for further action and decision.
• Follow up any oil still status hold / under inspection/ reject oil
• To tag NCR for any oil that not meet specification.
• To coordinate with related department regarding enforcement of quality plan
