About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to join our team at Evo Nusa Bersaudara’, a leading company in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. As the Accounting & Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring financial compliance and reporting. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Jobdesc:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure financial compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Provide strategic financial analysis and advice to the management team to support decision-making processes
• Supervise and develop the finance team, accounting team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the trading/manufacturing industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
• Proven track record of managing and developing finance teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred
• Placed at Palembang City
