Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Supervisor to oversee and manage infrastructure projects in our work environment. The successful candidate will ensure all infrastructure work is performed safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise new road construction, road services, and block road for smooth production.

– Plan replacement and maintenance of damaged culverts and bridges.

– Predict and request material usage for roads.

– Oversee operational planning of heavy equipment, excavators, and mobile vehicles.

– Create schedules for heavy equipment and prepare rental and timesheet reports.

– Ensure operators wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and implement K3 and environmental principles.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.

– Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure projects.

– Strong knowledge of construction, road maintenance, and heavy equipment.

– Analytical skills and ability to make sound decisions.

– Effective communication and teamwork skills.
