Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a related field.
• having minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor R&D or Product Development Food Manufacturing industry (Custard, Jam, Spread, Sauce) or FMCG  
• Strong knowledge of food regulations, HACCP Food Manufacturing, ISO 9001 : 2008, FSSC 22000 V6, HAS 2300, GMP, HALAL certification processes
• Having a good attitude, leadership & communication skills
• Intermediate skill using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, etc)
• Fluent in English or able to speak Japanese (Is a plus)
• Willing to work in South Cikarang

Job Description :

• Responsible for research and development for product by following formulation and guidance to meet the customer satisfaction
• Create R&D planning and reporting
• Ensure that the developed products meet applicable the government regulations, food safety regulations and standards
