Lowongan Kerja Karawang Timur Posisi Human Resource Staff di PT. CENTRAL MOTOR WHEEL INDONESIA

Job Responsibilities:

Manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of employees (registration new data, submit data changes, non active data, calculation, and payment)
Handling Medical Check Up yearly & new employee
Follow up on employee health reimbursement based on collective work agreement
Follow Up employee health based on MCU, reimbursement application, employee absence
Coordination with the related section regarding employee health, safety and security

Requirements:

Min D3, with experience in the field related to human resource will be a point plus
Proficient in using Ms Excel intermediete (understanding IF function, Look Up and Pivot)
understand about HR digital literacy (SIPP, JMO, Edabu, Mobile JKN)
Strong Communication – coordinate skill & ability to adapt in different situation, eager to learn new things
Preferably can speak Japanese and English
Have driving license (SIM C & SIM A)
Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java (Surya Cipta, city of industry)
