About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Staff to join the team at PT EXEDY Manufacturing Indonesia in Karawang, West Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company’s information technology systems.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for employees
• Maintain and update the company’s computer systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Implement and administer IT security measures to protect the company’s data and systems
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards
• Develop and Maintain Software Applications: Design, code, test, and maintain software applications to meet the needs of the organization.
• Collaborate on Project Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Participate in Code Reviews: Engage in regular code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and Debug Applications: Identify and resolve issues in existing applications, providing timely fixes and enhancements.
• Stay Updated with Technology Trends: Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development processes and outcomes.

What we’re looking for

• Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in the use of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance requirements
