Job Description:

  1. Responsible for recruitment process; screening on Linkedin, Jobstreet, Dealls, etc.
  2. Schedule candidate interviews and provide feedback as needed.
  3. Coordinate daily with the Recruitment Team and internal stakeholders.
  4. Create online content for our social media networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and collaborate with Akasha employees for content creation.
  5. Assist the Recruitment Team as needed and carry out other tasks or projects that may be assigned from time to time.
  6. Perform administrative support tasks such as filing documents and inputting employee data.

Requirements:

  1. Fresh graduate or final year student, majoring in Psychology, Communication, or Management.
  2. Experience as a talent acquisition intern or employer branding intern is a plus.
  3. Good communication skill, proactive, fast learner.
  4. Eager to learn new things and keep up with trends on social media.
  5. Committed to participating in a 3-months internship program.
  6. Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta.
