Hebe Beauty Style is a company engaged in beauty with the brands Y.O.U, Barenbliss, Dazzle Me, Lavojoy, and Glamfix. This company was first launched and debuted in the Indonesian market in mid-2018. Upholding the philosophy of beauty and then combining the sophistication of science and technology with the goodness of nature to produce products that are more than just temporary solutions, but guarantees with quality that can last longer.

We are hiring a candidate for KOL Specialist. 
 

What would You do:

1. Campaign & Content Development:
   – Develop and communicate creative content ideas that leverage TikTok trends, boost engagement, and effectively convey our brand message.
   – Develop and optimize video marketing strategy, based on brand tonality & positioning, product & market analysis, and key timeline (new product launching, big campaign, big day and festivals), etc.
2. Influencer Marketing Strategy:
   – Identify and build relationships with all tier influencers who align with our brand.
   – Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.
   – Collaborate with influencers to create content that is both engaging and aligned with current beauty trends, and driving high-quality traffic.
3. Contract Negotiation:
   – Negotiate agreements and contracts with key opinion leaders, outlining expectations, deliverables, compensation, and other terms of collaboration.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting: 
   – Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and click-through rates
5. Stay update:
   – Stay updated with TikTok’s evolving platform, influencer landscape, and beauty industry trends to refine strategies and maintain competitiveness.
   – Identify emerging content trends and format adaptations specific to TikTok and the beauty market.
    

What are We looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Brand Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Business, or related fields). With relevant experience, as KOL Specialist, Brand Marketing, and Digital Marketing, or relevant position for at least 1 year in a relevant industry.
• Experience working with popular Influencer marketing networks with good communication, time management, and negotiation skills, and also an interest in Beauty and Skin Care Industry. 
• A deep understanding of social media platform (especially TikTok) algorithms, features, and trends. 
• Good taste for video quality and ability to share creative ideas.
• Ability to give insights on market, user, and product; ability to do video data analysis and result target -oriented.
• Skill software; Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Social Media Insight (Instagram & TikTok)
• Willing to be placed at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang, with Full WFO system (Mon – Fri).
