JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Set up production team working schedule.
• Supervise the set-up process, start control, machine operational and initial adjustments related process parameters that refer to Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Bach Packaging Record (BPR).
• Conduct investigations of deviations occurred and incident in production area.
• Increase effectiveness and efficiency on production processes.
• Manage, coach, training, and motivate team to achieve the production target.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education background in Pharmacy or Apothecary is a must
• Minimum +2 years of relevant experience for solid dosage form
• Have knowledge on CPOB or GMP related oncology production and experience on solid dosage oncology is a plus
• Having extensive knowledge of production ISO, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Willing to be placed at Cikarang
