Reform Pilates is a thriving Pilates studio located near Dreamland Beach, Uluwatu, offering a serene and professional space for clients to achieve their wellness goals. In addition to Pilates classes, we also showcase our empowering and comfortable activewear line. We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and contribute to creating exceptional experiences for our clients.
 

Job Description:

As a Front Desk & Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of Reform Pilates, providing outstanding service to clients while managing daily studio operations. You will also assist in promoting and managing sales of our activewear, ensuring clients receive personalized service for both fitness and retail needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide information about Pilates classes and schedules.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage class reservations and appointments efficiently.
• Customer Support: Deliver excellent service, resolve client concerns, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Administrative Duties: Process payments, maintain client records, and handle studio email correspondence.
• Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio and reception area remain clean, organized, and inviting.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage studio supplies and activewear stock; notify management if stock is low.
• Retail Support: Assist customers in selecting the right sizes and styles from our activewear line, provide product recommendations, and handle inquiries.
• After-Hours Support: Share responsibilities with another receptionist to reply to client messages outside working hours.
• Class Assistance: Help instructors with class setups and smooth transitions between sessions.
   

Work Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM)
• Saturday or Sunday (on rotation): 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Lunch: 1:00 PM)
   

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Computer literate, with knowledge of email, booking systems, and basic office software.
• Must live close to Pecatu, Bali, or have reliable transportation to commute to Uluwatu.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles is a plus.
• Passion for wellness, fitness, and/or activewear is a bonus.
• Available to start immediately.
