Requirements:

Minimum have Bachelor Degree in Management or any related majors to retail responsibilities
Proven solid experience as a Retail Store Supervisor at least 2 years
Knowledge of retail management best practices
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Have commercial awareness about international or local brands dynamics
Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
Excellent knowledge of retail management software/POS
Responsibilities:
Developing strategic plan focused on Maison Kitsune growth
Organizing Maison Kitsune store operations and allocating responsibilities for personnel in the area
Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance
Managing and controlling Maison Kitsune sales growth and minimum stock levels
Dealing with complaints from customers to maintain Maison Kitsune reputation
Inspecting the areas in the store and resolving any issues that might arise
Planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or displays
Analyzing sales and revenue reports and making forecasts
