Looking For Civil Supervisor, Finishing Supervisor and MEP Supervisor with responsibility below:

Supervision and Coordination:

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities on the construction/project site.
• Ensure that work is being carried out according to the project plan and specifications.

Team Management:

• Supervise and manage a team of workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on the site.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Quality Control:

• Monitor work quality and ensure that it meets the established standards and specifications.
• Report any deviations or issues to the project manager.

Communication:

• Maintain clear and open communication with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Document and report daily activities, progress, and issues.

Resource Management:

• Manage and allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.

Problem-solving:

• Identify and address challenges or obstacles that may arise during construction.
• Collaborate with project managers to find effective solutions.

Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and controlling project budgets related to the site activities.

Qualifications:

Education: A high school diploma is typically the minimum requirement, but a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field may be preferred.

Experience: Several years of experience in construction or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project supervision.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in understanding construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

  Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities to effectively oversee a team and coordinate activities.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Problem-solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve issues that may arise during construction activities.

Safety Certification: Depending on the industry and location, certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA certification) may be required.
