Qualifications & experience

• Minimum high School degree in hospitality or any related field
• Minimum 2-3 years experience
• Have a good English (Verbal or Written)
• Have a good skill of communication
• Have a good logic (Problem Solving)
• Have a lot of passion in this field

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle clients from arrival to departure
• Reminder clients one day before their tour
• Make sure clients can get a service tour according to the program
• Handles every requests and concerns from clients
• Make sure the client’s holiday goes smoothly
