Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Utara Posisi Ecommerce Manager di PT Cipta Kreasisandang Mandiri (OSELLA)

Main Responsibilities :

Develop and implementing strategies to increase online sales, from both official online store, official corporate’s website and live streaming sessions.
Develop & maintain overall official online store’s operational activities for all eCommerce Platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, Zalora and TikTok Shop).
Develop online selling strategy through all marketplaces and ensure the strategy implementation within eCommerce team to optimize company’s revenue target.
Keeping update with the market movement in fashion industries, performing market analysis on competitors to establish and implement the effective & efficient online sales strategy.
Managing advertisment (Platform Ads) budget to have effective and efficient Ads usage in every e-commerce platforms, and also prepare and reporting budget report analysis (weekly, monthly and quarterly).
Build and keeping good relationship with all e-commerce platform/ marketplaces.
Liaise with related Department e.g Merchandising, Warehouse, Digital Marketing, etc.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred majoring in Marketing Management or any related major.
At least possess 7-8 years as an eCommerce Manager and experienced in managing marketing campaigns, preferably in Fashion Industry).
Posess deep experience in e-commerce platform operations, online sales increment through marketplaces, and relevant e-commerce platform policies in Indonesia for more than 7 years.
Possess strong logical thinking, research & data analysis skills, and strong communication & negotiation skills.
Candidate must be willing to work in Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
