PT ICCS Global Industries is a coconut charcoal manufacturing company located in Semarang, Indonesia. Our products and supported brands are widely available and highly successful all around the world. We are currently looking for potential talent to join our team as a Senior Accounting.

  

Job description:

1. Check process recapitulation and report monthly taxes.
2. Audit of internal financial reports.
3. Investigate loss and fraud.
4. Input company sales data.
5. Confirm that transactions are accurately entered into the accounting system.
6. Reconciliation of audits, purchases, inventory, fixed asset accounts and payroll.
7. Complete month-end accounting functionality including crosschecking company loss, stock on hand, and turnover.
8. Arrange weekly/monthly costing and budgeting.
9. Prepare proforma invoices and invoices.
10. Check Work Orders against proforma invoices.
11. Maintain customer SOAs and AR aging
12. Maintain AP and ensure timely payments

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Min. 3 years of experience in general accounting
• 1-3 year of experience in accounting for manufacturing/Services companies
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting and tax principles
• Experience in GL functions and month-end/year-end closing processes
• Comfortable with numbers and quantitative skills
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills, Teams and experience in accounting software
• Very detail-oriented and accurate in providing reliable data
• Having skills in auditing and investigating 
• Preferably be fluent in English
• Preferably living in Semarang area
