Sales and Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and brand marketing strategies to increase exposure and identify new market opportunities to expand our client base.

Client Acquisition:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to multinational companies, international NGOs, and other potential clients. Present our services and solutions to key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Relationship Building and Networking:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Attend events to network with potential partners. Represent the organization professionally and establish our presence in the education development community.

Proposal Development:

Prepare persuasive and customized proposals in response to client requirements and response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Coordinate with the relevant teams to gather accurate information and incorporate innovative solutions into proposals.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education quality improvement and related fields.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, consultants, and coordinators, to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track sales and marketing activities, generate reports, and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Undertake other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Min 5 years of previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles, preferably within the education or development sector.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders. Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals. Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop innovative solutions. Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.

Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for education development.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to deliver presentations and prepare written materials professionally.
