About the Role

You will work as a Sales Manager B2B (Cleaning Equipment for Industrial Segment) where you will be responsible for achieving sales targets for several product ranges and/or areas for which he is responsible, by planning strategic implementation and managing sales activities and monitoring relationships with customers to ensure long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibility :

• Ensuring the implementation of the sales strategy plan, taking into account market conditions, competitors and customers to support the achievement of company targets.
• Monitor and evaluate the achievement of sales targets, and ensure there is progress and corrective action in sales activities to ensure the achievement of company targets.
• Monitor bidding and negotiation processes to ensure price determination is in accordance with procedures and remains competitive.
• Negotiating with customers regarding special needs (including price negotiations) to ensure that customer needs are accommodated in accordance with the company’s service standards.
• Implement HSE in the workplace and ensure that all risks in the area have been identified, documented and controlled.
• Fostering and ensuring that the entire team including third parties understand and comply with all applicable safety regulations.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering.
• Min 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Handle Cleaning Equipment for Industrial Segment).
• Have SIM A is a must.
• Placement : Head Office, West Jakarta
