The Position

The successful candidate will be responsible meet sales quantity as budget with the highest possible profit for the company.

The Responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain for the company and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing clients’ needs
Understand competition and develop strategies for winning
Close new business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

The Person

Minimum education bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering or Science
At least 5 years professional working experience in Sales & Marketing field for industrial products, preferably within paper, converting, or packaging industry.
Fluent in English both written and oral. Strong in Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be proactive and result driven
Computer literate
Ability to work independently or as a team
Pleasant personality and good grooming
Willing to relocate or work in Tangerang area
