Lowongan Kerja Tangerang Posisi Marketplace Specialist di PT Hafele Indotama

As a Marketplace Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy to support business growth and increase brand awareness. You will report to the Supervisor Marketplace Specialist and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s goals.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Maintain communication and relationship with BPO marketplace and third parties and responsible to manage marketplace (Tokopedia & Bukalapak)
• Responsible for analysing product sales data, maintenance and optimization of selling points, titles and product details page
• Responsible for product purchase, making purchase plans and following up product arrival and warehousing by analysing historical sales data and recent activity forecasts, etc.
• Coordinating with our production and fulfillment teams to ensure products are always in-stock, in addition, having a sense of urgency when there is a concern for the potensial stock-outs
• You will develop marketing campaigns, monitor and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.

Your qualifications:

• Candidate at least Bachelor’s Degree
• Having minimum 1 year of experience in handling the marketplace and mastering all the features
• Strong excel data operation skill.
• Understand the rules of Tokopedia and Bukalapak
• Mastering advertising strategies in profitable marketplaces
• Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work in Tangerang Selatan.
