Job Description :

Responsible for researching, testing and developing new products, as well as reformulating existing products to ensure that they meet the nutritional and safety requirements of babies and infants.
Stay up-to-date with local and national regulations for infant and baby food products and ensure every products comply with all regulations and standards
Conduct product testing and quality control to ensure our products are safe, nutritious, and meet the desired quality standards
Monitor the production process to ensure that products are consistent in quality
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure that their products meet the needs of the target audience. Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality raw materials and ingredients.
Stay informed about the latest research and trends in the baby and infant food industry.
Knowledgeable about new ingredients, processing technologies, and packaging innovations to ensure that their products are competitive and meet the needs of their customers.

Qualification :

At least a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food science, or a related field
At least 2 years of work experience in related foods
Have a deep understanding of the science of nutrition, including the nutrients required by the body, how the body processes nutrients, and the impact of nutrition on overall health and wellness.
be able to effectively communicate complex nutrition information to clients, colleagues, and the general public
evaluate and analyze scientific data, research studies, and nutrition guidelines to make informed decisions and recommendations.
