Info Loker • Perusahaan: Lixil Water Technology – Indonesia • Posisi: Indirect Material Buyer Senior Staff • Tempat: Cileungsi, Jawa Barat • Tingkatan Kerja: Pegawai (non-manajemen & non-supervisor) • Pengalaman Kerja: 3 tahun • Kualifikasi: Sarjana (S1) • Jenis Pekerjaan: Full Time • Spesialisasi Dibutuhkan: Manufaktur, Pembelian/Manajemen Material • Estimasi Gaji: Rp 1.800.000 - Rp. 5.500.000 Deskripsi Loker REQUIREMENTS : • Associate, Bachelor degree in Management, Industrial engineering or related area or an equivalent experience level • Have total experience in Purchasing at least 5 years • Three years or more in purchasing relative to a manufacturing environment is preferred • Familiar with SAP System • Able to using Excel based for support Analysis • Experience in performing analytical and strategic cost reduction activities • Excellent english verbal and written communication skills • Have knowledge for ISO (QMS, 14001 & EHS) JOB DESCRIPTION : • Perform daily checks on systems related to existing PR and deliveries requested by the system and users • Creating purchase orders for Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) type materials and services and Comercial commodities and request • As Buyer you will be responsible for the acquisition of indirect material inclusive of capital, engineering support, services, hardware, and commodities for commercial and others which are in the scope of Indirect Material Purchasing • Procure materials and supplies required to support maintenance, repair, and operations including other comodities • Utilize tools/technologys to streamline processes and create a fair yet competitive sourcing process • Work with internal customers to develop processes that improve material and supply availability • Collect and analyze data to draw conclusions about supplier performance, trends, and opportunities to leverage spend across the organization • Participate with Regional Indirect Procurement on appropriate supply and work toward optimal leveraging of MRO spent • Utilize various techniques and practices to identify and implement cost savings initiatives; develop accountability with suppliers for year-over-year results • Identify new suppliers as well as develop new and existing suppliers • Promotes a safe and harmonious work environment by adherence to safety regulations and participation in safety programs • Carry out consolidation related to purchases using contracts both in the form of review of existing contracts as well as new contracts in related departments and the legal department • Committed to comply with all government regulations, Company standards, and the LIXIL Code of Conduct Keuntungan bekerja disini • Mendapat pengalaman kerja • Bonus jika lembur • Diajari terlebih dahulu
