1. Education and Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

– Minimum of 1 – 3 years of sales experience in the valve and coupling industry

– Experience in technical sales, preferably with a focus on industrial products

2. Knowledge and Skills:

– Strong understanding of valve and coupling products, including their applications and technical specifications

– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences

– Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cad

– Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events as needed

3. Job Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

– Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

– Provide technical expertise and support to customers and sales team

– Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met

– Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customers

– Attend industry events to promote company products and services

– Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
