Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in food and beverage R&D or production.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of food processing, raw material characteristics, sensory evaluation, and food safety systems like HACCP.

• Soft Skills: Good problem-solving abilities, project planning, and communication skills for cross-department work

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Create new food formulations, improve existing recipes and conduct lab-scale trials

• Process Scaling: Oversee plant trials and transition successful lab samples into mass production

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure products meet food safety rules, shelf-life standards, BPOM guidelines, and Halal certification

• Cost Optimization: Evaluate raw material costs to make affordable recipes without losing food quality

• Team Supervision: Guide junior R&D staff , manage project timelines, and work with purchasing, production, and marketing teams.
