Job Description:

Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth business activities and compliance with company standards.
Responsible for achieving store sales targets through effective sales strategies, promotions, and team execution.
Monitor, analyze, and report store sales performance, customer trends, and promotional effectiveness.
Develop local sales opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, promotions, and market expansion initiatives.
Manage store manpower planning, including recruitment, staffing needs, team productivity, and employee performance.
Train, coach, and supervise store team members to improve selling skills, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
Analyze product performance, market demand, and manage SKU ordering to ensure product availability.
Coordinate product shipment and stock replenishment from warehouse to store.
Manage store operational expenses, including petty cash usage and accountability.
Handle store-specific promotional activities and submit LOA approval for special transactions, promotions, and manpower additions.
Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Management) to support store operations.
Maintain store performance, customer experience, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as a Store Manager or Supervisor in retail fashion
Able to communicate politely and effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Strong leadership skills and team management capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers and staff
Able to work under pressure and maintain emotional balance
Well-organized and experienced in scheduling work shifts
Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Tengah area and rotate locations from time to time
Honest and with high integrity
