Job Responsibilities

1. Sales & Performance Excellence

• Take full ownership of the store’s KPIs (Sales targets, conversion rates, and average transaction value).

• Analyze daily/weekly sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to boost performance.

2. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Crew and Supervisors.

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews to ensure a high-energy, “customer-first” culture.

3. Operational Management

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and inventory accuracy.

• Ensure 100% compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.

4. Inventory & Merchandising

• Manage stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishment.

• Ensure visual merchandising (VM) is always top-notch and aligned with brand guidelines to attract foot traffic.

5. Customer Experience & Community

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle any complaints with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.

• Foster a local community of collectors through in-store events and personalized engagement.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management (Store Manager or Asst. Store Manager), preferably from fashion, lifestyle, or trendy consumer brands.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

• Competencies: * Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Proficient in Retail Math (Stock turn, GMROI, Sell-through) and POS systems.

  • Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during peak hours.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, high energy, and a genuine passion for designer toys/pop culture.

• Flexibility: Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
