Create quarterly, monthly, weekly plans & realizations for the purposes of sales information (data) and shipping plans and ensure that all shipping and administration processes run properly and correctly.
Identify sales prospects and create reports on competitor activities regularly and monitor sales to achieve results for targeted customers.
Carry out billing that is due to customers.
Making reports related to sales plans and realization as well as sales constraints and their solutions, reports on customer complaints and providing recommendations for improving services.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and take a sustainable approach with new customers.
